Please note. Only Full Members of the HC(UK) are entitled to vote. You are a Full Member if you have replied to the email that I sent to all members on the 17th March 2016- subject – "ALL HCA(UK) Members PLEASE REPLY ASAP". Or if you have become a member since that date. All other members are Associate Members and therefore are not entitled to vote. This was explained in full in the email. Ron.
